I’m Rashid Dar, a former aspiring doctor (aren’t we all). Fresh out of high school, I’ll be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Fall 2007. I’m planning to major in International Studies and Middle East Studies.
I’m a practicing Muslim, and I guess the immense political apathy and disarray within the Islamic World shaped what I think to be my true passion.
I’m not sure what my future holds,
but I would love to be a builder of bridges between the Islamic World and the West.
